We spent several years searching everywhere, including Thailand, for someone to help create the perfect Thai meals for Amy’s customers, but with no success. And then, serendipitously, we found one of our employees, who was part owner of a Thai restaurant right here in Santa Rosa where our plant is located. We immediately asked him to prepare some Thai dishes for us, and he did. They were so delicious that we knew our customers would love them. This Thai Red Curry is Amy's dad's favorite. It has finely cut organic vegetables—swimmingsautéed onions, broccoli, carrots, tofu and delightfully sweet butternut squash—swimming i traditionally spiced (but not too hot), smooth coconut milk-based curry sauce. Fragrant jasmine rice completes this meal that has no dairy, no wheat and is absolutely delicious. So enjoy!

Organic Jasmine Rice, Organic Coconut Milk (organic Coconut, Water), Organic Butternut Squash, Organic Broccoli, Organic Tofu (filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Magnesium Chloride), Organic Tamari (water, Organic Soybeans, Organic Alcohol [to Preserve Freshness], Salt), Organic Carrots, Filtered Water, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower And/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Bell Peppers, Organic Green Beans, Organic Sautéed Onions (organic Onions, Organic Sunflower Oil), Organic Brown Sugar, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Cornstarch, Organic Red Onions, Spices, Sea Salt, Organic Jalapeño Peppers, Organic Garlic, Paprika, Black Pepper. Contains Soy And Tree Nuts (coconut).

OVENS MAY VARY.

Microwave Oven Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 1 more minute. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.

Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.

Toaster Oven Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
