Make delicious, healthy red curry in minutes with Mekhala's bestselling Organic Thai Red Curry Paste. Flavorful, complex, and slightly smoky, Mekhala's authentically stone ground paste is incredibly easy to use, and makes cooking Thai food simple and quick.

Each jar contains concentrated paste made with wholesome ingredients sourced from small organic farms in northern Thailand. 8 to 10 servings per jar.

Easy Thai Red Curry Recipe:

Brown 1.5lb chicken pieces or eggplant, cauliflower and other veggies. Simmer with 2 heaped tsp paste and 2 cups coconut milk till cooked. Also great as a marinade or stir fry paste to jazz up an Asian-inspired meal.

Ideal with duck, beef, lamb, root vegetables, tofu and fruit.

Spice level: 2 chilies (Medium Spice).

Recipe Suggestion: Easy Thai Red Curry (Serves 2)

Simmer 2 heaped tsp Mekhala red curry paste with 2 cups protein, veggies or carbs, and 1 cup of your favourite milk or stock for 10-15 min.

Refrigerate after opening and best consumed within 30 days.
