      As we always say, the darker the greens the better, and spinach hits the mark. It contains vitamin A, K, iron, folate, AND protein to support bone and circulatory health. Blueberries are rich in antioxidants which improve immunity and lower inflammation throughout the body. Finally, oats round out the nutritional profile of this blend.They are high in soluble fiber which allows for regular digestion. They are also a complex carbohydrate, which prevent sharp blood sugar spikes and regulate blood sugar levels. With this blend, both you and baby will be happy and healthy!”
