Often it's a spinning mind that keeps you awake, so calm the mind, and the body will follow. Sleepy Nights is a proprietary blend of classic calming, non-sedative herbs to help with occasional sleeplessness, enabling you to have both a sleepy night and a fresh morning.

Ingredients

Organic Hops strobiles (Humulus lupulus), organic Passionflower aerials (Passiflora incarnata), organic Scullcap aerials (Scutellaria lateriflora), Rocky Mountain artesian spring water, vegetable glycerine & organic gluten-free alcohol

Directions

Take 3mL in a little water; if needed, repeat for full effect. Use up to 8 times per day.
